What you can complain about
- How your personal data was collected, used, shared or kept.
- A consent you gave or took back that was not followed.
- A listing that is false, unsafe or a fraud.
- How our helpdesk or a partner treated you.
- Anything else about the service that our helpdesk could not solve.
How to complain
Write to the email or the address above, or use Raise a complaint in the app. Please tell us:
- Your name and the mobile number of your passport, so we can find it.
- What happened, in your own words.
- When it happened, if you know.
- Any message or screen that shows the problem, if you have one.
Never send us your Aadhaar number, PAN, voter ID or any password or code.
How fast we answer
- We confirm that we received your complaint within 24 hours, as the Information Technology Rules, 2021 require.
- We aim to resolve it within 15 days of receiving it, as those rules require.
- For a complaint about your personal data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we reply within the time the law allows.
If you are not satisfied
If our answer does not solve your complaint about your personal data, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India. Please write to us first, because the Board expects you to have done so.
